6TH MEETING: ANSWER FOR GUIDE QUESTIONS FOR JOURNAL ENTRIES

I have watch the film “An Inconvenient Truth”, staring Al Gore and directed by Davis Guggenheim.


1.) The global warming is the inconvenient truth that was being referred to in the title of the documentary.


2.) The following are the causes of this environmental problem that the world is facing:
> Carbon Dioxide from Power Plants
> Carbon Dioxide Emitted from Cars
> Carbon Dioxide from Airplanes
> Carbon Dioxide from Buildings
> Methane
> Water Vapor in the Atmosphere Increasing
> Nitrous oxide
> Deforestation
> City Gridlock
> Carbon in Atmosphere and Ocean
> Permafrost
> Tundra


3.) Mitigation may refer to :>In climate science, the mitigation of global warming.>In public administration, environmental mitigation in general, or, in particular: >Mitigation banking>The Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000
while Adaptation may refer to :>the evolutionary process whereby an organism becomes better able to live in its habitat or habitats.>the state of being adapted: the degree to which an organism is able to live and reproduce in a given set of habitats>an aspect of the developmental pattern of the organism which enables or enhances the probability of that organism surviving and reproducing.



4.) Tapat mo, Linis mo is an example of a program or projects that our community had launched to solve global warming.

Intergenerational equity, in the sociological and psychological context, is the concept or idea of fairness or justice in relationships between children, youth, adults and seniors, particularly in terms of treatment and interactions. It has been studied in environmental and sociological settings. It is relevant because our task in managing the endowment is to preserve equity among generations.


6.) First the administrators must educate his associate about what is now happening into our mother earth and some tips on how they can do it everyday. Then, the faculty members will educate their students about the same topic. Lastly, the students who had been educated about it must pass the message to their parents about it and they will all work as one. In terms of following all the said tips.
